Over the course of this semester, I have done a lot of creative projects in Mr. Storts' Graphic Design II class. I created many projects such as a word illustration, which taut me about applying textures and text effects. I made a color grid picture of myself, that showed me how color application works in Adobe Photoshop. Another fun project was the Chimera project, in which the class had to create weird amalgamations of three different animals, this taut the class how to effectively use the blur and smudge tools in Photoshop. I also created a movie poster, in which taut me new was to use text in my projects. The class also had to create two self-chosen projects in Adobe Illustrator to demonstrate that we understood how to use the program. The class was also assigned the task of creating possible advertisements for school functions like Senior Awards Night and the school play. One of the best parts was when we were tasked with deciding two of our own projects in Photoshop. I created a parody conspiracy journal, probably due to my obsession with the TV show "Gravity Falls", and concept art for a fake video game, because I am a big fan of video games and I wanted to keep myself interested in what I was doing. If I had the chance to go back and change my projects I wouldn't. Even though some of my work may have some flaws, the way they turned out is great and they accomplished what I set out to do. I wouldn't go back and change the projects I made into something else because I believe the projects I made are amazing and I will always cherish the work I have made.
